2025年のレンタルサイクル開始は3月15日の予定ですが、、、

こんにちは、フルサットレンタルサイクルです。今年は大雪が続き、今週末には3月を迎えるというのに例年以上の積雪が残り、上越妙高駅周辺は雪だらけ。レンタルサイクル再開にはもう少し時間がかかりそうです。

一方、上越妙高駅は今年で開業10周年。3月15日（土）には駅周辺で開業10周年記念イベントが開催され、フルサットでもたくさんの食べ物屋さん、雑貨屋さんが並ぶフルサット市が開催されます。

ということで、現在のところ、その日にはレンタルサイクルを再開しようと考えています。

ただし、妙高方面にお出かけの方、人気の鮫ヶ尾城にお出かけの方は要注意。

おそらく3月いっぱいは雪解けしていませんので、歩道や路側帯の走行ができなかったり、鮫ヶ尾城跡は雪が残っていて登れなかったりするので、目的地としては設定しないでください。逆に高田方面はおそらく大丈夫。春日山城跡については要確認です。

いずれにしても、3月いっぱいは暖かい格好で、雪のある方面にはいかないという心構えでお越しいただけましたら幸いです。

もし、遠方からお越しの方がいらっしゃいましたら、4月以降がおすすめです。

Hello, this is Furusatto Rental Cycle. We have had heavy snowfall this year, and even though March will arrive this weekend, there is still more snow than usual, and the area around Joetsu Myoko Station is covered with snow. It will take some more time for the rental bikes to reopen.

On the other hand, Joetsu Myoko Station is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and on Saturday, March 15, an event will be held in the station area to commemorate the 10th anniversary, and a Furusatto market will be held with many food and general stores.

So, as of now, we are planning to reopen the bike rental service on that date.

However, please be careful if you are going to the Myoko area or to the popular Samegao Castle.

The snow probably will not melt until the end of March, so please do not set this as your destination, as you will not be able to ride on sidewalks or roadside strips, and the ruins of Samegao Castle will still be snow-covered and unclimbable. On the other hand, the Takata area is probably safe. As for the Kasuga-yama Castle Ruins, confirmation is required.

In any case, we would appreciate it if you could come dressed warmly during the entire month of March and be prepared not to go to areas where there is snow.

If you are coming from far away, we recommend that you come in April or later.
